Trouble Ticket Management
Our eBonding services utilize standards-based XML Web Services technologies. This allows system-to-system between our Customers and Carriers Trouble Tickets systems. Carriers, Agents and Consultants can now update trouble status providing Customers greater efficiency with problem resolutions The Trouble Tickets application offers seamless and secure access to your carriers back-end maintenance systems, resulting in near real-time status and updates. Through our Trouble Tickets application, Customers have more control of the trouble ticketing process online than ever before. Our self-service ticketing system helps avoid unnecessary technician dispatch which saves time and eliminate costs.
Auction Exchange
Our online Auction module helps reduce costs and streamline the purchasing process. The Auction module is coupled with Inventory so quick and easy "Request for Proposals" are created and delivered via our platform. Use your own suppliers or our pre-qualified and approved suppliers and agents. The Genesis Auction platform creates cost savings for buyers and sales opportunities for agents and suppliers.
Provisioning
The Genesis Provisioning applications for order management provides a system-to-system interface for customer applications to perform various orderings tasks.
Our system allows customers to submit order requests for installing new services, removing existing services and requesting change to existing services with many of the major carriers. In addition, it also allows customers to process and change requests that have been submitted using Genesis Provisioning application and have not yet been provisioned. Customer Premise Equipment
