Audit & Fee Services
Genesis analysts will conduct a thorough six (6) year review of all monthly service charges on local, long distance and data telecommunication accounts as approved in applicable tariff filings and executed contracts.
Genesis is paid from the amount of any refund, credit, or reduction in the costs of current service; we do not add to your overhead. Our fees are paid from a percentage of the refund or reduction in the costs charged to your business. If we are unable to reduce your company’s energy or telecommunications annual expenditures or obtain a refund or credit for past overcharges, there is no fee for our services. View audit process
